Modeling / cad
CAD Modelling or Computer-aided Design is an important part of the design process. Before expending any physical resources, CAD brings your idea to life in the digital world. Computer-Aided Designs are used for a variety of applicationsÂ
this is usefull for photo-realistic renderings.
Confirming design and dimensions on parts before manufacture.
Bringing conceptual ideas into usable data for processing, foreseeing problems, analyzing materials, etc.
As well as being necessary for converting to data used for CNC.

Manual maching
Manual machining is where the machines are manually operated consisting of milling drilling lathing etc.
This is idea for small quantity jobs as well as repair jobs .
CNC – mass production / complex parts
It is a computerized manufacturing process in which pre-programmed software and code controls the movement of production equipment. CNC machining controls a range of complex machinery
allowing fast and repeatable precision parts.
This is ideal for complex parts that would be either impossible to achieve manually or would be too time-consuming to do manuallyÂ
as well as being good for mass production of parts as once set up it is easily repeatable to make multiple parts in a time-efficient manner
Fabrication
This is the creation of metal structures by means of cutting, bending, welding, and assembling processes. It is a value-added process involving the creation of machines, parts, and structures from various raw materials.

Hi my name is Byron the founder of E4.
Bit about me then, Ok.....
Technical background - so I started with machining as far back as high school doing metal work seeing I was good with my hands, I got an apprenticeship for a small company making parts from gun reloaders to line boring axils. Mostly for the agricultural industry though got a lot of experience and qualified as a fitter and turner but was limited for growth I then worked in the sugar mills and then in the FMCG industry all the while learning new skills but something was missing.
Business- I have always been drawn to entrepreneurship even from a young age when I was selling cooking oil at high school random I know but it worked, I am the kind of, get the job and figure out how to do it type "best way to learn in my opinion" then went into online marketing for a while selling all sorts earnt some learnt some figured out if I cant outsmart the competition I'll outwork them persistence is key I found in all endeavors , I then founded a print on demand business TeePrint but after some time decided I wanted to get back to my roots, drum roll E 4 engineering was born to combine all my collective knowledge.
